The leaflet – the first in a series of ‘Kings Norton Trails’ leaflets – is produced by Lifford Business Association in partnership with Birmingham City Council, Centro and local organisations. It’s centrepiece is a 4.5-mile walking tour through the conservation area, featuring the unique, independent businesses that help to give the area its special identity.

A CASH strapped rugby club has vowed to fight back against ‘heartless and selfish’ thieves who broke in and stole thousands of pounds worth of equipment.
Hopwood based Kings Norton RFC was targeted sometime between 6pm on Sunday and 9am the following day by thieves who cut off a padlock on the main gate to gain access to their Ash Lane ground, before breaking into a storage container and stealing a Kubota sit on mower worth £4,000. They also attempted to steal a tractor but were unable to start it
